The Product
Sarah Palace is a wedding and event banquet hall in Karachi. We built its booking and hall-management platform — a fast, mobile-friendly site where couples and families explore the halls, lawns, and gardens, check date availability, and request packages, while the venue manages every booking from a single dashboard.
How we started
Sarah Palace was handling enquiries over phone calls and WhatsApp, with dates and packages tracked by hand. Double-bookings and missed follow-ups were a constant risk, and there was no online presence to capture couples researching venues.
The Mission
To give the venue a professional online presence that turns enquiries into bookings, and a simple back office that keeps every event, date, and payment organised in one place.
The Client's Problem
Bookings, availability, and customer follow-ups lived across phone notes, WhatsApp chats, and paper — hard to track, easy to lose, and impossible to see at a glance.

Presenting multiple event spaces, packages, and available dates clearly to families planning weddings, while giving the venue team a fast, no-training-needed way to manage enquiries and confirmed events.
[ The Solution ]
We designed and built a fast Next.js website showcasing the halls, lawns, and gardens with real photography, an enquiry and availability flow, and a Node.js and PostgreSQL back office where the team manages bookings, dates, packages, and follow-ups from one dashboard.
